We are thrilled to welcome back our good friend Chef Scott from The Beacon, who will be showcasing the very best of the spring season through a thoughtfully curated tasting menu.

This year’s menu celebrates outstanding British produce, with each course designed to highlight fresh, local ingredients and refined flavour combinations. Guests can look forward to:

• New Forest asparagus with chicken butter sauce
• Romney lamb cutlets with wild garlic pesto
• Black bream with sea herbs and horseradish buttermilk
• Confit Jersey Royals with rapeseed oil, whipped goat’s cheese and smoked caviar
• Beetroot and white chocolate
• Frozen Chiddingstone Dairy yoghurt with local honey

Each dish reflects the essence of spring, combining seasonal produce with creative, elegant cooking.

For the first time, we are delighted to welcome Ragstone Ridge, who will be joining us for the evening to share a selection of their exceptional locally produced wines.
