As we are all still in lockdown and carrying out kitchen appointments online and answering enquiries over the phone, Jamie has decided to deliver a special lockdown version of our cooking series with his own beef wellington recipe that you can cook along with.
When we are allowed to reopen we will be continuing the cooking series in our showroom and highlighting some more features about our kitchens and some of the amazing NEFF appliances that we work with. As the coronavirus pandemic improves we hope to get customers back into the showroom for our live cooking demos!

a quality beef fillet (ideally aberdeen angus) 1kg
3 tbsp olive oil
250g of chestnut mushroom and/or wild mushrooms
